This website is owned and operated by Eastside Ink Tattoos in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on our commercial offering, including our current artist roster, our on-going promotions, our pricing, our practices and our policies, and provides ways to request an estimate or request a reservation online. By accessing or using the website of our business, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

While our website is not age restricted, to receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to to purchase and receive a tattoo or piercing. If you are under the age of 18, and no younger than 16, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive a tattoo or piercing. See Our Policies for more information. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

The prices we charge for our services depend on an individual evaluation of the work to be done. For an approximation of the price of your tattoo, please consult our Pricing Guide or complete our Get a Quote form for an estimate. We reserve the right to change our displayed prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, change the website and services we offer; stop providing a service or any feature of a service; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

This website, and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, software, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Eastside Ink Tattoos. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
