For both tattoos and piercings, all clients are required to sign a waiver prior to any session, stating that they understand their choice and the risks involved. The waiver also serves to list, for tracing purposes, the batch numbers of single-use tattoo or piercing needles to be used.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age (with valid photo ID) to consent to receiving a tattoo or piercing. Minors of no less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive our services. 

A $50 (cash or e-transfer) deposit is required to secure an appointment. This amount will be deducted from the cost of the tattoo or piercing. In case of client cancelation, deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to an appointment, at which point deposits become non-refundable. 

EastSide Ink will not provide services to individuals who are visibly intoxicated and/or behaving in a disruptive, aggressive or violent manner. Furthermore, EastSide Ink has a zero-tolerance workplace policy against any type of aggressive or violent language or behaviour.
